An 8-week paid internship built around real work, real mentorship, and the people who make engineering matter. You’ll contribute to client projects, learn from engineers who’ve built their careers here, and get a firsthand look at what it means to do work that serves the communities we call home.
At PEAK, you’re not here to shadow from the sidelines. You’ll work on real projects, learn from practicing engineers, and build relationships with people who want to see you grow. Many of our full-time engineers — including some of the partners who own the firm — started right here.

$10,000 salary + 5 PTO days
